Before you ask.
Is the sample really free?
Yes. We build it before you pay anything. If you decide against it, you owe nothing and we take it down.
What happens after I say yes?
We send a short agreement and an invoice for half the build. You send your photos, logo and changes, we finish the site with two rounds of edits, and it goes live on your domain. The building takes a few days; most of the wait is on photos and wording.
How do payments work?
Half of the build price when we start on your real site, and the other half when it goes live. The monthly care plan begins at launch. Prices are set before we start and don't change partway through.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you cancel the care plan, you can take it with you.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with 30 days' notice, by email. There's no long contract. You keep your domain, and we hand over your site's files.
What do you need from me?
A few photos of your work or your place, your logo if you have one, and anything you'd like changed. Phone photos are fine.
I already get customers from Facebook. Why have a website?
Even a customer a friend sent your way usually looks you up before calling, and a website shows up on Google in a way a Facebook page often doesn't. It also makes your business look established, and it's something you own.
You built a sample I didn't ask for. Why?
We build samples for local businesses from the facts they've already published, like name, hours and phone, so owners can see the result before deciding anything. Samples are private, hidden from search engines, and taken down within a day if you ask.
